Opening Remarks from President: Trent Sullivan Focus on getting Chattanooga City Center up and running Notes from President Elect: Kristen Vaughn *If you know anyone in the market place who has shown strong leadership values and has shown interest in being involved with IIDA please send a list of names and contacts to Kristen. *If you yourself are interested in a different area of the board, please reach out to Trent and Kristen to show your interest in a new role. If you are ready for a break, please let that be known too.

Financial- Brandon Kirkland Reviewed by Trent Checking Balance: $258,982.99 Savings Balance: $90,386.69 Please send budgets to Brandon to be able to get them approved by HQ due 10/8 Sponsorship forecasting is production Any budgets need change after submission and board vote, please request a vote for additional funding

Membership - Caryn Kirkland New members, 13 total across the state, students and professionals As we recruit new committee members and board members, please make sure they are members of IIDA

Industry Relations - Chaz Breece Sponsorship package is getting reviewed and ready to go out to the industry Getting feedback from the sponsorships via survey monkey

Communications - No update

Student Affairs - Jerica Banks Campus’s are able to have in person events Monthly meetings, last Wednesday of every month at 10:45 am at Belmont Email Jerica if you are interested in assisting with Belmont Meetings
