Our panelists will discuss the challenges and rewards of navigating client deadlines, career growth, and personal life while raising children. From managing a design firm to working in corporate interiors and education, these mothers bring diverse perspectives on what it takes to thrive in both roles.

Guided by our moderator, the conversation will cover topics such as work-life integration, industry support for working parents, and strategies for maintaining passion and purpose in design.
